Traditional Shaolin Qigong Training
Yijinjing, or "Tendon-Changing Classic", is a very old series of exercises practiced by Shaolin monks. This practice regulates the body's health through breathing and stretching methods whilst cultivating Jing (life essence) and refining the body's Qi.
This New Year, Master Wang will be running a two-month online course to help students achieve better health during the winter season and begin 2027 with new and improved habits. The winter period is best suited to moderate exercise, maintaining a healthy routine and conserving vital energy. Integrating Yijinjing into your daily routine is an excellent way to improve your wellbeing and lay the foundation for good health in the coming year.
From January 9th to March 6th, Master Wang (Buddhist name Shi Xing Long) will be teaching Yijinjing Qigong online via Zoom. Classes will be at a low level of physical intensity suitable for practitioners of all ages and levels of experience.
All classes are one hour long and will be held on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 2pm China time.
Price for the course: €120 per month (€240 total)
