Learn Kung Fu Fan Online

The Fan is a graceful Kung Fu weapon originating from hand fans carried as everyday accessories by scholars and aristocrats. Kung Fu Fan blends practical use of the fan as a hidden weapon with the fan's artistic value, creating an elaborate style that utilises the fan's unique characteristics to their fullest extent.

Starting on January 31st, Jony Baker (Buddhist name Shi Yan Jian), will be running an online course teaching the Kung Fu Fan over Zoom. This course will consist of 12 hours of classes, teaching Kung Fu Fan as a fun and engaging form of developing nimble footwork, strength and flexibility in the waist, and improved dexterity.

The course is aimed at intermediate-level Kung Fu practitioners who have already established a basic foundation. The course is suitable for a wide range of ages and fitness levels, with the form adaptable according to the individual condition of participants.

All classes are 90 minutes long and will be held at 5pm UK time on Saturdays and Sundays from January 31st to February 22nd.
